The Soft food Diet after dental implants:
Many in this process think that they might be living on chicken broth and baby food for six months . Truth be told, some of the tasty things you can find on a soft food diet (even eating out ) are lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, baked eggplant, soft fish such as trout and cod, eggs, omelets, grits, oatmeal, cream of wheat, soft pastas, meatloaf, pancakes softened with syrup, baked squash casserole, spinach casserole, mashed potatoes, various soups, stewed vegetables, chocolate cream pie (not too much). You can also have yogurt and protein drinks (Ensure) at home, as well as various juices. .
Many of the soft foods have a high caloric content. Try to be careful not to gain too much weight. Monitoring my daily consumption of calories according to your best estimates along exercise. Also try to take daily multivitamins. There is such an array of vitamins on the market.
